 I wanted to let all the Blog members know the results of the Scarecrow Contest which ended at midnight October 30.  We gave it a good run but Milan Garden Club’s Scarecrow, Cordelia Anne,  ended up in 2nd place.  Dr. Feelgood (the crow) voters, came on in the last hours with unbelievable voting  – over 200 votes –  and secured 1st place.   DRATS!

THANK YOU to everyone who voted – many daily – for our Scarecrow!

IDA Co-op has some gardening items on 15%  off.
I got some Preen, Copper (Linda says works on fungus such as powdery mildew), and some bulb food,  so I can plant bulbs later. Supposed to have a 70 degree day, I think, next week.
