About our demonstration gardens: It seems a cold, rainy early spring and Monday, April 9 is forecast more of the same, so we are not planning to work that morning. However, it puts us behind so we will aim for the following Monday and probably every Monday with decent weather this month. Let Jennie know if/when you plan to come and want company or want to know if plans change. Tasks include pruning shrubs and digging plants out of the rain garden. Don’t forget we have a good speaker coming to the April 21 meeting, and the May meeting will include an opportunity to purchase heirloom tomato plants from Bob Bransky, like last year, before the meeting and during the break.
